What are the pros & cons of laying astroturf on concrete in our sports bar? - sports flooring

Artificial turf is concrete cleannes easy. We have to go.
Artificial turf looks like a great idea for a sports bar feel to it a particular sport ... should be good, but I do not know how they cleaned up after patches, etc.
