I have recently launched a project for my sociology course, and tries to break a social norm. I decided to wear my ball gown to target, and I got to curious looks from strangers. Not thinking about a test uncommon to see someone in another country for a clothing store formal simple, such as Wal-Mart or a grocery store?

The real question is "What is explicit in this context?" Party Dress in a Wal-Mart is unusual. A business suit high-performance seems strange, do not get in the way, very formal. If you distinguish between formal daywear and evening, you will find seems oddly formal daywear, everywhere. That said, casual attire is the norm in Mexico and in the tropics, conservative or "official day is the norm in England.
