I'm looking foward to go jogging on weekends.can i start to know what kind of clothes to wear? I choose a few pairs home.After of my sport, I'm OK unlined shorts or a T-shirt bra and a pair of Nike with a pair of nylon track? or I should have a sports bra and a pair of tights or running shorts?
I prefer a t-shirt and shorts as unlined nylon wear, as I stay in Malaysia is too hot and humid and cooling times can sometimes .. do u think is right? Swisshy sound is really nice pants. . Coating and the surface is nice and comfortable.
