Or is it too hard? We thoroughly cleaned after each use, but I need a little something to remove the fat between sweet and salty ... My taste of green curry crepes!

Baking powder can be used in many products in the kitchen, without scratching, it is safe to use on many surfaces, good luck!
The beauty of baking soda (soda bi-carb) is that without scratching it, to make can clean. My skin is very sensitive to aggressive chemicals, but never a problem with it. And I used often to roast stainless steel containers clean, after all.
