What does it mean when a facebook profile is headlined with black text? - how to keep people from seeing profile pic
This is not a profile I would be someone who wants my friends, that person can give an opinion, upload photos, whatever. The only thing is the profile itself is not accessible (can not click on or including a profile photo). I wonder what's up with this profile?
