Can I transfer a line of credit at a high interest rate to 0% balance transfer card? - balance transfer offers
I have a loan at a bank over 16% APR. Can the balance of a credit card to a lower April, or offer even get a 0% balance transfer? I have read a credit score of 650 (I am on the internet) as "very good".
